CNOM: LA 2028 Olympic Athlete Support Program
As part of the Olympic scholarship program launched by the National Olympic Committee of Morocco (CNOM) in preparation for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, a gathering of beneficiary athletes was held from April 29 to May 1, 2026, in Bouznika.
This gathering marked an important milestone in the implementation of the program, bringing together the selected athletes within a unified framework aimed at strengthening their preparation and support pathway toward the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
The event provided an opportunity to present the program’s main strategic orientations, monitoring mechanisms, and support tools designed to optimize the preparation of Moroccan athletes. Beneficiaries also took part in several workshops covering technical direction, the “CNOM Sportifs” mobile application, communication, Xlab, as well as individualized medical and scientific monitoring.
The program is built on a comprehensive approach designed to enhance the preparation conditions of Morocco’s elite athletes through multiple complementary components, including sports, medical, mental, logistical, and scientific support. This structured vision places the athlete at the center of their own performance project.

This gathering also served to strengthen coordination between CNOM, the concerned Royal Moroccan Federations, and beneficiary athletes through a framework based on continuous monitoring, regular evaluation, and performance optimization ahead of upcoming international sporting events.
This program is part of Morocco’s national Olympic preparation strategy led by the National Olympic Committee of Morocco in collaboration with its institutional partners, with the ambition of sustainably reinforcing the competitiveness of Moroccan athletes on the international stage and providing the best possible conditions for success at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
