Olympic Day 2026: The CNOM Celebrates the Power of Movement
Every year on 23 June, the Olympic Movement celebrates Olympic Day, an opportunity to promote the values of Olympism and highlight the positive impact of sport on individuals and communities.
For the 2026 edition, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has chosen the theme “Let’s Move”, inviting people everywhere to get active together and experience the many benefits of movement. Through the message “You Can Do This. Let’s Move.”, the campaign highlights self-confidence, the joy of being active and the connections that sport helps create.
As part of this global celebration, the Moroccan National Olympic Committee (CNOM), in partnership with the Regional Academy of Education and Training of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, organized an Olympic Day event on 23 June 2026 at Houmane El Fatouaki School in Rabat.
The event brought together many young participants through sports and educational activities designed to encourage sharing, discovery and learning through Olympic values. Through this celebration, the CNOM reaffirms its commitment to promoting sport and inspiring Moroccan youth to make movement a source of confidence, well-being and personal growth.
