U17 Football: Morocco crowned UNAF champions and qualified for AFCON

The national U17 team won the North African Football Union tournament, which serves as a qualifier for the Africa Cup of Nations, following the fourth and final matchday held on Sunday, April 6, 2026.

Facing Libya at the Martyrs of Benina Stadium in Benghazi, the young Moroccan side secured a 3–1 victory, confirming their top position in the tournament standings.

With this success, the national team qualifies for the U17 Africa Cup of Nations, confirming its strong performance at the regional level.
