International Committee of the Mediterranean Games: Executive Committee Meeting in Athens

The Moroccan National Olympic Committee, represented by its Secretary General, Mr. Abdellatif IDMAHAMMA, took part on 15 April 2026 in the Executive Committee meeting of the International Committee of the Mediterranean Games, held in Athens, Greece.

The meeting brought together senior representatives of the Mediterranean sports movement to review recent activities and assess the progress of ongoing projects.

Discussions notably included the presentation of the organization’s activity report, along with updates on recently implemented initiatives.

Particular focus was placed on the progress of preparations for the Taranto 2026 Mediterranean Games. The Organizing Committee presented the latest developments and engaged with Executive Committee members on key aspects related to the preparation of the upcoming edition.
